1. Our No-Refund Policy

All purchases for subscriptions and credits are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for any reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Why We Can't Offer Refunds

Our service incurs real, irreversible costs from our AI and infrastructure providers every time you generate content. Because these costs are immediate and non-recoverable, we cannot provide cash refunds for payments made.

3. Exceptional Cases (Credit Refunds)

In the rare event of a documented technical failure on our platform that prevents you from using your purchased credits, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in the form of service credits. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
